Register a Litter
New Litter?
To register a new litter with CPR Kennel Club, both parents must be registered with us. If either of the parents is registered or can be registered with another kennel club you can simply mail in a copy of their registration papers with the litter registration form below. We will register the parents and litter. Litter registration is allways free. Your certificates and registration applications will be mailed back to you within 2 weeks. Then you will simply update and sign the puppy registration forms and give them to the new owners of your puppies. Please encourage your puppy owners to register thier puppies, or you can offer to register their puppies for them.
