Pedigrees
Pedigrees can be ordered anytime through CPR Kennel Club. If you did not order a pedigree at the time you registered your dog/puppy, you can order one by phone. Please call us at 318-381-7963 and request a pedigree. You will need to have your dogs cpr id number. If you would like to order one by mail, please print out the pedigree order form below, fill out, sign and mail in to us. Pedigrees are normally completed and returned to you within 2 - 3 weeks.
