CPR Kennel Club requires all pet registrations to have documented ancestory. In the case you own a dog that has no documented ancestry you can enter that dog into our foundation stock program.

Said dog must meet the standards for that breed type. A photo is required to register a dog/puppy. To enter a dog into our foundation stock program, please print out the form below and mail in a clear quality picture of requested dog. Once approved your dog will be registered and given a unique foundation stock number and your certificate will be mailed to you. All photos are strictly reviewed and any attempt to submit a photo that is not current or is not the photo of the dog being registered will cause your membership to be suspended.
